Creamy, chunky, and bright with lime — the kind of guacamole that disappears before you've finished setting out the chips.
Ingredients

- 3 largeripe avocados
- 2 tbspfresh lime juice(about 1 lime)
- ½ tspkosher salt(plus more to taste)
- ¼ smallwhite onion(finely diced)
- 1jalapeño(seeded and minced)
- 2 tbspfresh cilantro(roughly chopped)
- 1 clovegarlic(minced)
- ¼ tspground cumin
Method

Halve and pit the 3 large ripe avocados. Scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.

Add the 2 tbsp fresh lime juice and ½ tsp kosher salt. Mash with a fork to your preferred texture — leave some chunks for body.

Fold in the 0.25 small white onion, 1 jalapeño, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, and ¼ tsp ground cumin.

Taste and adjust salt and lime juice as needed. Serve immediately, or press plastic wrap directly onto the surface and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
