Tart cherry juice, magnesium powder, and a splash of prebiotic soda — the viral bedtime drink that actually tastes good.
Ingredients

- ½ cuptart cherry juice(100% pure, not cocktail blend)
- 1 tbspmagnesium glycinate powder(or magnesium citrate; unflavored or lightly flavored)
- 1 cupprebiotic soda(such as Olipop or Poppi, lemon or orange flavor works well)
- 1 cupice
Method
- 01
Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice.

Pour the ½ cup tart cherry juice over the ice.

Add the 1 tbsp magnesium glycinate powder directly into the glass.

Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds until the magnesium powder is fully dissolved — undissolved powder will sink and taste gritty.

Slowly pour the 1 cup prebiotic soda down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz.

Give one gentle stir to combine, then serve immediately.
