Tart cherry juice, magnesium powder, and a splash of prebiotic soda — the viral bedtime drink that actually tastes good.

Ingredients

  • ½ cuptart cherry juice(100% pure, not cocktail blend)
  • 1 tbspmagnesium glycinate powder(or magnesium citrate; unflavored or lightly flavored)
  • 1 cupprebiotic soda(such as Olipop or Poppi, lemon or orange flavor works well)
  • 1 cupice

Method

  1. 01

    Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice.

  2. 02

    Pour the ½ cup tart cherry juice over the ice.

  3. 03

    Add the 1 tbsp magnesium glycinate powder directly into the glass.

  4. 04

    Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds until the magnesium powder is fully dissolved — undissolved powder will sink and taste gritty.

  5. 05

    Slowly pour the 1 cup prebiotic soda down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz.

  6. 06

    Give one gentle stir to combine, then serve immediately.
