
Overnight Oats
Rolled oats soaked overnight in milk and yogurt — thick, creamy, and ready to eat straight from the fridge with your toppings of choice.
Ingredients
- ½ cupold-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cupmilk(dairy or non-dairy)
- ¼ cupplain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 1 tbspmaple syrup(or honey)
- ½ tspvanilla extract
- 1 pinchsalt
- ½ cupfresh fruit(berries, banana slices, etc.)
Method

Add the ½ cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 pinch salt to a jar or airtight container and stir to combine the dry ingredients.

Pour in the ½ cup milk and add the ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and ½ tsp vanilla extract.

Stir everything together until the yogurt is fully incorporated and no dry oats remain at the bottom.

Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight (up to 5 days).

In the morning, give the oats a good stir — they should be thick and creamy. Loosen with a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Top with the ½ cup fresh fruit and any other toppings, then serve cold directly from the jar.
