# Sleepy Girl Mocktail

Tart cherry juice, magnesium powder, and a splash of prebiotic soda — the viral bedtime drink that actually tastes good.

## Ingredients

- ½ cup tart cherry juice (100% pure, not cocktail blend)
- 1 tbsp magnesium glycinate powder (or magnesium citrate; unflavored or lightly flavored)
- 1 cup prebiotic soda (such as Olipop or Poppi, lemon or orange flavor works well)
- 1 cup ice

## Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice.
2. Pour the 0.5 cup tart cherry juice over the ice.
3. Add the 1 tbsp magnesium glycinate powder directly into the glass.
4. Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds until the magnesium powder is fully dissolved — undissolved powder will sink and taste gritty.
5. Slowly pour the 1 cup prebiotic soda down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz.
6. Give one gentle stir to combine, then serve immediately.

## Tip

> Add the magnesium powder before the soda and stir it into the cherry juice first — magnesium powder clumps badly in carbonated liquid and never fully dissolves if you add it last.
